These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SELENE98 website, YouTube Creator Discovery platform, Brand HQ workspace, and related online services.

SELENE98 is a Philippines-based influencer marketing agency and software provider serving brands, agencies, and creators worldwide.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our Creator Discovery platform allows users to research YouTube creators, review available channel information, apply filters, and organize creator shortlists.

Users acknowledge that:

• Creator information may change over time.
• Certain analytics may be estimates rather than official YouTube measurements.
• Creator availability and sponsorship rates are not guaranteed.
• A creator appearing in search results does not mean they are represented by SELENE98.
• Search results do not constitute confirmed sponsorship opportunities.

Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of potential creator partnerships.

Creator Discovery uses YouTube API Services. By using features powered by YouTube API Services, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service ↗.

Use of these features is also subject to applicable YouTube API Services policies and restrictions.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activities conducted through their accounts. Users must provide accurate registration information.

Users must not access accounts, private workspaces, or information belonging to other individuals or organizations without authorization.

SELENE98 may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unauthorized activity, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.

Users may create creator shortlists for their own research or submit sourcing requests to SELENE98.

Submitting a shortlist or request does not automatically establish a paid agency engagement. Any additional sourcing services, fees, timelines, or deliverables will be subject to a separately agreed arrangement.

Brand HQ provides authorized clients with a workspace for reviewing creator proposals, qualified prospects, and active campaigns.

Users acknowledge that:

• A creator appearing in Proposals has not necessarily expressed interest in working with the brand.
• A creator appearing in Prospects may have expressed interest but is not necessarily booked.
• Proposed rates may be estimates unless confirmed.
• Brand approvals and final commercial terms must be properly established.
• Confirmed sponsorship obligations may be governed by separate written agreements.

Brand HQ is intended to support campaign organization and communication. It does not automatically replace legally required contracts.

Certain platform features may require a paid subscription when paid plans become available. Applicable prices, usage limits, billing periods, and payment conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Subscription plans and associated features may change as the platform develops. Cancellation, renewal, refund, and expiration conditions will be communicated through the applicable subscription or checkout terms, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

Any subscription agreement entered into by a customer will remain subject to applicable contractual and consumer protection obligations.

SELENE98 branding, original website design, software, and proprietary materials belong to SELENE98 or their respective rights holders. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

Third-party content, trademarks, and materials, including YouTube-related information, remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable terms.

Certain software features may be offered in private beta. Beta features may change, contain errors, or experience temporary interruptions.

SELENE98 may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

SELENE98 aims to support effective creator partnerships and campaign execution.

However, use of our general agency services or software does not automatically guarantee a particular number of creator responses, views, clicks, sales, conversions, or return on investment. Any specific performance commitments must be established through a separate written agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SELENE98 is not responsible for losses arising solely from inaccurate third-party information, external service interruptions, or unauthorized activities outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional contractual limitations remain subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements.
