Why we started

SELENE98 started with a simple idea: to bring a fresh perspective to the creator economy and explore better ways of doing things.
After years of managing teams, campaigns, and creator partnerships, our founder, Eldon Isra Alfar Jr., hoped to create something meaningful by bringing together the experience and ideas he had gained along the way.
A company where relationships come first, unconventional ideas are encouraged, and creativity is backed by strong execution.
Working with international brands and creators also highlighted the challenges of researching influencers, negotiating deals, and managing campaigns.
That’s where technology comes in.

Eldon Isra Alfar Jr.
Eldon’s career took a different direction after earning a degree in Education. He spent several years in operations, gaining experience in team leadership and performance management.
He later transitioned into the creator economy, building years of experience in brand and account management, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution.
Along the way, he’s had the opportunity to collaborate with brands and creators across various international markets.
Today, he oversees SELENE98’s global partnerships, business operations, and technology initiatives.
The company started in the Philippines, but its ambitions go well beyond it.
